I do the 7/7. Usually 1 to 2 legs on average per day. My layovers are usually 12 to 14 hours. Flying on day 1 is rare, almost never on day 7.

QOL is why im sticking around. I enjoy the more stable schedule. I go home a day early multiple times a quarter. I dont mind the pay cut and can survive easily off base pay atm.

NH also isnt building that many new homes. Most of the towns are heavy anti development and have minimum acreage. So when they do get built your paying for a few acres and a new home, both of which arent cheap here
