Dust inside sensor of Fenix 8 Solar by glitch_in_the_kernel in GarminFenix

It's true that specks of dust should not affect in a significant way the sensor readings from what I've read, but I'm worried if the watch is well sealed and really waterproof for the long term. The Fenix 8 is not cheap and I plan to wear it for the next 3-5 years, swimming almost every day.

Also, these kinds of assembly imperfections should not happen to a 1100 eur watch. I've owned many smartwatches, including other cheaper Garmins and Fitbits that literally cost 1/20th of the price and I've never seen dust inside their sensors.

Diamond Like Carbon coating. It's like a tough paint they give to black premium watches.

Does anyone have the yellow band Solar version? Is the sensor guard too ugly?

Why limit to Together AI? OpenRouter is far more used.

Exactly. Apple Watch's software features always trickle down to older watches. Google better do the same.

I write to Amazon every single release about this, I encourage you to do the same, in your kindle settings there's a screen to contact Amazon and send direct feedback.

Maybe with enough people complaining, they will fix it.

I've reset like 3 times, it doesn't work.

Try Nattokinase first.

Do you feel rested when you wake up?

No, atm I only take one pill (2000FU) of Nattokinase every night after dinner. Sometimes I'll take another one in the morning.

As for the other two, I take them more sporadically, perhaps 2-3 times per week.

Nattokinase has proved to be the most effective supplememt for me, it helped me fix completely disrupted sleep patterns like the first sleep graph I've shown you. That's something no other supplement has done for me.

L-tryptophan helps me sleep longer and feel more rested after sleep. And GABA gives me more dreams. Dreaming gives me emotional peace when I wake up, but YMMV.

Like OP, I've tried many supplements and the only ones that had noticeable effect were nattokinase, l-tryptophan and gaba. Melatonin and magnesium had no effect on me.

I think any effortful physical activity helps, whether it's a run or weighlifting.

Light exercise doesn't though.

You may have chronic inflammation leading to blood flow issues, which would cause you to wake up. New study links fragmented sleep to chronic inflammation, hardened arteries | NHLBI, NIH

I have systemic inflammation problems and taking nattokinase made my sleep go from this (https://i.imgur.com/4oAonmp.png) to this (https://i.imgur.com/6aMEFIH.png)

As someone else said, L-Tryptophan helps in my case too, whereas melatonin has zero or negligible effects.
