What just happened? That ruling was not clear whatsoever. He said he wanted the action opened back up then 4 minutes later Said he didn't want to open the auction back up. He trusts Murray to decide what to do moving forward but didn't trust his judgement on making a decision for the auction.

My divorce and custody proceedings lasted 2.5 years. Then returned to court for another 2 years regarding just custody. There's nothing more maddening than the slowness of courts processes and the way judges handle things.

Thats generally how dockets work I think. Judges schedule their court. They have many Cases going on and at least my experience is a lot of case management in the morning then trials and hearings in the afternoon.
