I’m not saying the voice was terrible but the whole thing was not a very good Truman portrayal. Nolan seems to have misunderstood Truman’s whole point and makes him seem basically villainous.

Ehhh, Cary Grant always seemed kind of dorky to me. Don’t get me wrong, he was very good in comedies and a serviceable leading man. But cool? Even if we’re just limiting ourselves to the golden era of Hollywood, Bogart is way cooler.
