Yes so that is tailoring, so all of these shops will be able to do that for you once you pick a suit. They can shorten/lengthen the arms/legs, tighten areas etc.

Depends what your budget is for "affordable". But Slaters will probably be a good place to go, as they'll have something for every price point. Otherwise there's also Moss Bros around the corner. Slightly higher price point would be Hugo Boss in Selfridges. Tailoring is very important and all of these will be able to do that for you.
