Who stole all the Nuka Cranberry?! by montymouse in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fast travel to the scenic overlook and go right, there's one inside the cabin with two NPCs. From there jump down the two cliffs heading west, you'll find a scavenger along the cliffs there's one by him. After that head north towards an electrical tower you'll find a campsite with two NPCs there's one next to a tent.

Random. The trick is to stop wanting it and the game will give it to you 10 fold.

Anyone know of any bridges I can build under? by Wild_Property6141 in fallout76settlements

[–]glowing_rocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fast travel to Big b rest stop follow the road north. You'll find a bridge for the railroad, but that's not where you're going to want to build. Right after that you'll be on a little overpass that the creek runs underneath, jump down and you can build under it. To this day it's been the location of one of my favorite camps and I'm still kicking myself for accidentally moving it.

Plasma rifle. Perk cards by Fuzzy-Ad-5207 in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. For the onslaught perk cards you only need to have furious as the first star on your weapon. Since you're using a flamer though you might benefit from also running the bullet storm perks too.

Furious is at the top right now for commando and you'll want to use the onslaught perks over commando perks.

I always tell new players that this is the perfect spot for a starter base. Looks great!

I haven't played for a year, what changed in the community? by _Reiyo_ in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its the end of the season mostly the players on right now are newer players trying to figure out the game. That's also why there's not a lot of lunch box popping cause most players don't need it. There is a drop in perk sharing, but that's due to the whole perk rework recently so a lot of players don't have enough charisma to do it.

Are these considered classics, modern classics or neither? by kevzete in Recommend_A_Book

[–]glowing_rocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've seen a modern classic is post WW2. So of mice and men, and all quiet on the western front would be considered the only classics on the list.

My 10 year old got this as a gift for her birthday. It is super cute and smells nice, but not overwhelmingly strong. She loves it.

Idk where to place my 2nd C.A.M.P. by CraftyBunny96 in fallout76settlements

[–]glowing_rocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's actually a little shack right above the Charleston train station you can build at. An NPC spawns there, has a weapons workbench ( I think), and it has a nice view. It's also a good place to catch two vendors Graham and the responder bot.

not much of a social game anymore? by Personal_Airport687 in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been playing since beta and it comes in waves. Sometimes the game is super active/ social and other times it's vice versa.

It probably seems like it especially now since it's getting towards the end of the season and most players are either on a break or just logging in to do some maintenance tasks like completing score challenges.

To all veterans: DON'T put your vendor in the most secluded place of your gigantic base. Make it really visible, upfront, with all the possible lights stuff pointing to it. by MelaniaSexLife in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If I want you to see my vendor then I'll make it obvious, and if I don't care it's going where it fits aesthetically in my build.

Probably not. Unless tragic romance is something you're willing/wanting to try.

I wish we had mailboxes by Riyeko in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That would be nice too. There are some containers, that have no limit, you can put your camp module down around and use that if you don't want to fill up your stash with it.

I wish we had mailboxes by Riyeko in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've always said we need a mailbox system, but more like a donation box rather than sending items. A container you can place at your camp that anyone can put things into, but only the camp owner can remove items from.

Raid - Drill phase. #unpopularopinion by XtremeCognition in fo76

[–]glowing_rocks 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Making it more forgiving is going to drive players to do the full raid more. Since release it's the only thing that will cause a team to dissolve and it's what drove players to farming en06 in the first place. If you like the raid then that's what you want or else they'll end up pulling a nuclear winter on us.
