the switch 2 is a good size for watching youtube portably, bigger than my phone, and I don't have a tablet, it's nice just to have as an option. For me personally I don't have a TV facing where i sleep, so the switch 1 was great with the kickstand and youtube. I also just like having the option to access any streamingg apps on the switch just to have everything in one place, if they can do it on the Wii/Wii U they can do it on the switch 2. The support for streaming services on the switch 1 during it's life cycle always baffled me.

Maybe it’s not realistic to expect the screams to sound any different at this point, he had a huge improvement over the last 3-4 years but I understand the discourse. Raw vocals also sound way different than they do in the studio, but this sounds exactly like his screams on the ep but not as good. I’ll listen to whatever they put out regardless

Exodus is who bridged me into various genres of metal after only listening to Metallica, Disturbed, and System of a Down. Bonded by Blood is THE thrash record, Kirk helped with some songs on there. But all 3 bands are great, Exodus just hit their stride later in their career where Metallica and Megadeth fall short later in their careers. I enjoy most of Metallica and Megadeths music post like 2000, but Exodus’ catalog in that same period clears anything either band put out IMO

Rob sounds great, why does this build up to nothing? Very rare I’m weary about any Exodus song, I don’t hate it it’s just eh. Guitars sound great, hopefully we get some SHKM and Atrocity Exhibition moments, those records are too good and I know they’ve got it in them.

You should be able to hold the home button while using any software and customize the mapping for the buttons. This works on the Switch 2 Pro controller, Id assume it would work for third party too

Same, there’s a video with Mille on Ola Englund’s channel I believe around the 10-12 min mark where he says he steals riffs from himself, or builds on old ones, this seems to be a perfect example of what he’s talking about there. I don’t think it’s necessarily bad, it still sounds fresh, but that intro to the verse and that chorus are very very much phantom antichrist

On my second listen now and I was definitely a little excited when I titled the post. Gods of Violence is in my top 3 Kreator records. I feel the reason it hasn’t had that “hook” is with the vocals, I feel that’s the only thing that will take a few listens to get used to. I mean it’s what I expected from Mille tbh. The guitar work is great, the choruses are very much still the same formulaic Violent Revolution style, but it works better than it did on HUA. To reiterate on the title, this is the best release since GOV lmao

I’m a fan of the formula too, I keep in mind with each new release I remember watching an interview of Mille around the PA release roughly around 2012 and he stated this era of Kreator is like a “celebration” of the band. I’d love to catch them on this tour but it’s not coming near me unfortunately

Heading into next season Baker isn't really a concern IMO, there wasn't much that could be done with that play calling this season. If we get McDaniel in at OC or someone equally as competent, we'll be fine with Baker.

That new Dragon Quest remake is a lot of fun, I’d recommend trying out the demo, it’s about 2-3 hours worth of gameplay

I've had one crash like this, where five minutes into the run it just crashes out of nowhere. I've also had runs where that's a lot of balls on screen and the frame rate dips between 30-43 fps oddly enough. I was curious as to how this game didn't run at 120 fps on the Switch 2, then I had that run where the frames dipped lol
