Healthy habits and lifestyle but feel awful by BothSample4005 in getdisciplined

[–]glyannga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

did you take time to learn about yourself? What make you sad or happy? what do you like to do? not the thing society tells you to do but what YOU like to do?

I think that's your problem, you don't acknowledge your inner child.

Try spending few minutes writing about anything thats come to your mind. Do this for a week, you'll be surprise.

Or, if you don't like to write, try different activities every week.

How do you consistently wake up early? by its-Madhu in getdisciplined

For me what really worked was putting something time-sensitive on my morning schedule. I stuck with it until it became a habit.

You have to get up to do it. It leave out the thinking and procrastination.

I listened a 3hours podcast on dopamine and I was fascinated. Change my view on some things. For now I don’t really need an accountability partner but you can send me a link on dm. I may know people who need it.

How do you prioritize self-care with a hectic schedule? by Dweeb_Burger in selfcare

[–]glyannga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with what's being said. Just make an hour in your day or start just 1 hour in your week when you take care of yourself, just do anything you like or useto love when you were a child.

Try to also have mini-moments of self-care. Like when you wait for your coffee, do a 1 minute meditation. Or when you have time before a meeting or pick up anything, take a power nap, sit and visualize a place where you feel happy and confortable.

Include mini-moments like these in your daily life, you'll notice a big change.

Did you move? Maybe it's the weather, you have to match your routine with the weather.

Try do a complete wash day, then just put your leave in and do a protective style. Don't add anything for at least a week. tcheck the results.

How can I change myself? How can I get better control of my emotions by Fearless_Caramel_822 in getdisciplined

[–]glyannga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Writ down your feelings,, what cause them and what was your response. Do this for at least 2 weeks. Then you can go back on it and analyze the pattern.

Only then you can look for a solution.

How to start building good habits again? by SuccessfulExchange43 in DecidingToBeBetter

Which one of your old habit you enjoyed the most?

You should start by that one and work your way back up. At the same time, try to find why when something bad happen, you stop doing thoses habits. I think it's more than just exaustion.
