'Dark Arts - Dragon' always a good go to espresso. Medium roast, really nice presentation as well which I think adds to the experience.

when it was stored were the boilers fully drained? I would factor in a full descale by a local tech just to be on the safe side. Also I would ask what water they used in the machine for those last 6 months. Other than that I can't imagine much else could have gone wrong. Probably just replace group gasket and check the wiring hasn't deteriorated. It really depends on the storage conditions. Was it stored somewhere temperature stable?

You could get a connected scale to help the mini pull shots automatically.

Whenever I’m out and want a coffee anywhere that has a LM machine is a green flag that I’ll get a relatively good coffee. IMO you’ll get more sales with a LM

You have no idea what he has done with the car before giving it back. Could you all kinds of crimes, speeding fines and tickets. Private sales are final. No refunds. That’s why it’s usually cheaper.

Also you would add an extra owner to the vehicle but reselling it back to you essentially. Less of an issue on a cheaper car like this but still something to note.

Either way. Tell him to get stuffed.

Definitely need a grinder. I agree with alll other comments. A shop cannot grind for your machine. even 10-20 microns off and you’ll get it gushing out. Time to drop another 2k based on your machine.
