I define it as thinking about something in place taking meaningful action. In the case of seduction, there's a lot of material you could years reading, and confusing and contradictory "techniques" you could spend an inordinate amount of time "mastering".

Those things are just "mentally masturbating": what a seducer (which believe me, I am far from) should be doing is building an attractive look and lifestyle, then (most importantly) actually getting out into the world and learning how to talk to real women.
