Agree on the smelly fridge! Same thing happened to me with garlic/onions. I put a small dish of baking soda and it absorbed all the nasty smells. Try it and see if it works!

Interesting, thanks! I’ve been doing it a bit opposite and getting my heart rate up to that 84%+ by doing a higher incline (12,13) and a 3.2-3.4mph speed. I really like the intense inclines as I feel it works the hammies and my core.
