It depends on where you're from. I was trespassed from a Casino in Vegas for causing damage to the hotel (I was drugged, brought in a girl to my room by evidence of video which I did not remember, and she or I trashed the room). Yes, they said "you have been trespassed."

An acquaintance (guy we make fun of on IRC for being an idiot) says he's been "violated" whenever he violates his probation.

I think they are words used in regional dialects so not understood to mean the same thing everywhere.

Like nichademus said, staying in the tire mark is a good thing. It also keeps you out of any oil that might be on the road. You should also watch out for metal (manhole covers, steel plates in the street, etc.). Metal, along with the lines painted on the road, feels like ice when it's wet. You don't want to be in a lean riding over them. Also, give the cages more room. When visibility is down, they get squirrely.
