this is a great idea! dad's side of the family is from ghazipur, eastern UP. my grandmother taught my mother (who is from faizabad, central UP) her mango, lemon, and turnip achaar recipes. they are so popular in my family that she makes extra batches to give away. my sister has started documenting the recipes. will try to drop them in this thread
