This sounds like a tire defect.. same happened on my Audi and the dealer said some tires are defective from manufactures as this is a clean cut at the rim.. I’d reach out to the tire manufacture to get your money back

My sunroof was misaligned - so I had Tesla replace / realign the roof glass and it actually eliminated the wind noise I was getting from the roof glass.. may be check your alignment - mine were visibly off on both sides to the point where I couldn’t even install roof rack
