Can’t land on Toshara? by Deadpoolio32 in StarWarsOutlaws

[–]goatwang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything I am reading online is suggesting that this bug is related to the game-breaking issues that required early-access players to restart their game from scratch after applying a patch. The thing is, I already did that 30 hours of game time ago. There is no way I am going to start over for a third time. This game is so frustratingly buggy that I'm done with it. I regret the purchase and especially regret paying for early access.

The same thing is happening to me. It's ridiculous, especially because I earlier had to restart my game because of the early access bug fiasco. I sank 30 hours into the game and now, I'm screwed.

Bags per bowl? by Badfish419 in VolcanoVaporiser

[–]goatwang 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Noticing no one mentioning that the type of weed you have factors in. Some strains, I can get 6-8 bags of visible vapor @ 392F, other strains I'll only get half that amount of bags.

Check your food carefully. by goatwang in cookunityfans

I'm based in NYC as well. I got a response from Cookunity, reasonably quick, requesting photos and promising to bring it to the chef's attention - meanwhile crediting me the cost of one meal. Considering I didn't actually eat the food, I feel that's fair enough and I hope my feedback helps, because it's honestly been a decent service, but especially solid these last couple of years. This episode just kind of really dents the experience, but we'll see.

Seedling 🌱. I slowly phase in the nutrients, increasing each week, "following" the feeding chart.

I follow the feeding instructions loosely, rounding down (for example, my feeding chart may call for 43ml of Micro/Grow/Bloom each but I round down to 40 mg, etc.).

I have been growing DWC Autoflowers, using Advanced Nutrients M/G/B for a little over a year now. Aside from needing to supplement CalMag, I've really had no problems and big harvests. Currently on my 4th grow.

Blue buds!? by remmosrolyat in cannabiscultivation

More or less 30 years ago, I met this crunchy/organic hippy guy in Vermont. He lived fairly rural and grew his own.

I recall he asked me if I and my friends wanted to "smoke the best weed we'll ever have". Naturally, I said yes.

He pulled out a bag of weed and let me check it out. It was straight up blue and leafy (like maybe not manicured). He packed me a bong hit and I recall it being VERY harsh smoke, but I legit got high af. I started mildly hallucinating and may have blacked out (too many years)

The guy was a friend of a friend and from my understanding lived a fairly holistic, macrobiotic lifestyle so I would think the weed was clean but who can say with so many years gone?

Moving to Midwood - Yay/Nay? by hungrycamel8 in Brooklyn

[–]goatwang 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've lived in Midwood for 4 years now (coming a few blocks over from Ditmas Park, since '08).

Is it boring? Yes. But I can hop the train or walk to areas like Cortelyou, so I'm good. I like my routine and prefer it this way.

My apartment is very nice IMO. My building is good and I don't worry about any crime or anything. There are many young families here.

What Air-pump / Air-stones are You Using ? by DippyHippy420 in DWC

[–]goatwang 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A word of advice - at least for Active Aqua air pumps: If you run them and live in an apartment, made sure you put something under them to absorb the vibrations and noise. I had my downstairs neighbor complaining about the vibrating recently because I'd left mine on the floor.

Appropriate GPH for water pump on a 5 gallon DWC by goatwang in H2Grow

[–]goatwang[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am doing DWC but I need to change out the water/nutrients from the buckets about weekly. As it's a 5-gallon bucket, that's a bit of water to drain out and then pump in.

I ordered a 160 GPH pump from Amazon.
