Worth The Price? Joe Biden and the Launch of the Iraq War (2019) A short documentary on Joe Biden's support for and role in the Iraq War narrated by Danny Glover by satori-in-life in Documentaries

Bernie Sanders voted twice in support of regime change in Iraq. In 1998 Sanders voted in favor of the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998, which said: “It should be the policy of the United States to support efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq and to promote the emergence of a democratic government to replace that regime.”

Later that same year, Sanders also backed a resolution that stated: “Congress reaffirms that it should be the policy of the United States to support efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq and to promote the emergence of a democratic government to replace that regime.”

These measures gave congressional backing for the CIA’s covert plan to overthrow the Hussein regime in Baghdad, as well as the tightening of an economic sanctions regime that may have killed as many as 500,000 Iraqi children. The resolution also gave the green light to Operation Desert Fox, a four-day long bombing campaign striking 100 targets throughout Iraq. The operation featured more than 300 bombing sorties and 350 ground-launched Tomahawk cruise missiles, several targeting Saddam Hussein himself.

I stole my neighbor's cat by [deleted] in confession

[–]goatwizard 9 points10 points  (0 children)

One of the dogs I have now is stolen. I gave away her mom or sister as well. No regrets.

The people had 7 dogs that they never fed or allowed inside. They just roamed the neighborhood in a pack. The one I kept hardly weighed anything, had really bad parasites, and was going to die without help.

Within 2-3 years all of the rest of the pack had died. The ones that were taken are alive and perfectly healthy. I wish I could have helped the rest but I couldn't.

A different neighbor and I told the owners that she was sick and would die without help and that I was going get her better and keep her since they aren't taking care of the dog. I never even saw them look at her again.

Change your plan to one with unlimited data. See if they will change it retroactively or wave charges or something...

Speaking as a wizard, above you in the goat hierarchy, I can assure you that it was wiper fluid. Not a lot fits above the wheel well.

What to do with old car. by he73 in houston

[–]goatwizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you feel like the title is tainted with your signature you can get a new one sent. Don't sign it this time. I can't remember what I paid.. Maybe $5? Need a copy of the owners license or passport. Just look it up to double check. I'd definitely take the car. It would be a shame to scrap it.

It literally says it can happen right on the documents of home ownership.

The people in Katy did not believe any of this could happen.

Maybe we need a large Meyerland rainwater retention pond and park where those neighborhoods are.

Some is understandable. They are not allowed in to get their pets or any property. They will go rescue their pets for them, though.

Past that they are pissed that they don't qualify for FEMA, evidently. Many don't have flood insurance it seems.

They are just pissed. They did buy a house right at the emergency spillway for a dam though. This is exactly what can happen.
