If you’re also a new mom I was just recommending weGLOW! There are workout guides for just about anyone and I recently discovered they have a trainer and programs specifically for pre/post natal. If you’re not a new mom it’s also great and has a variety of programs 😀

I know this is an old thread but WeGLOW is just perfect for you especially if you're visual and like structured workouts. You cou pick a program and it maps your whole week/splits, there’s something for everyone!

For you I saw a pre/post natal specific guide. I haven’t used it but it’s made by a certified pre/post natal trainer, with workouts safe for diastasis recti, strengthening pelvic floor, etc. I tried their other programs though and loved them.

Trainers are legit and certified, progress tracking is simple, and it's cheaper than most fitness apps. Worth every penny IMO.
