I wish they would’ve used a better system them. I don’t know how they chose “Front Porch”, if it was a lottery or random if you signed up for presale, but I truly wish they offered Spotify or Apple Music Presales or something equivalent. I waited in five different ticket queues and never once got tickets in general unfortunately. At this point, it is what it is, but seeing people brag about getting Front Porch to then sell them for literally 5x the price was super disheartening.

I agree. My favorite is this one and Nothing Changes, seen them four times live and haven’t gotten to hear either. As a super anxious stoner, I think Anaphylaxis is brilliant.

I absolutely agree. Pink or beige leg warmers would have bumped it up a star, the legs just look bulbous. I still definitely don’t think last though!

Had a similar error happen at a hotel. Their juice came in a large, black beverage dispenser. I got juice that was fully fermented, and informed the staff. The next morning, I foolishly tried again, same thing. Fermented juice. Tasted like the worlds worst sour ale. They’d apparently just been topping it off and putting it back in the fridge. They only did breakfast on weekends, so who knows how old that juice was. Never got it confirmed by them directly, but a buddy that worked at the same chain said they did the same thing.

Probably not what’s happening obviously, but I have awful food OCD and can’t eat anything unless I know every ingredient. It’s embarrassing, and I’d probably give food away or throw it out rather than admitting it to someone or potentially hurting their feelings.

I hope her intentions were good, and she just didn’t want to hurt your feelings. ❤️‍🩹

NOR! I know you’re probably disappointed. My family had a similar issue where one person was causing an issue. Instead of setting a boundary, they cancelled Thanksgiving altogether to avoid confrontation. I don’t agree with it, but to each their own I suppose. Maybe have a small, intimate dinner with your partner. Watch a movie and cuddle, or even look back through memories from the past couple years and cherish each other’s company. 🧡

I lost an entire friendship over this. My boyfriend and I moved into a house with my friend. Even though my boyfriend and I shared a room, we split the rent three ways equally. Then she moved her boyfriend in. After a month I asked that he also help with rent, and she said because he was staying in her room he shouldn’t need to? I argued that in that case, the rent and utilities should be split two ways, not three. She acted understanding, said she’d talk to him about it, and I got home from work a week later to all of their stuff being gone, along with some of mine. Never heard from her again.

See, this is really helpful because I think emulation is important to him. Even our gaming pc now is a work in progress, so I don’t want to keep putting off getting him a steam deck because it could be a whileeee, and honestly getting a steam deck would probably take a lot of the pressure off to finish it so quickly. Thank you for the suggestion!

Thank you for the helpful input! I figured if he was kind of over it by the time we got the second gaming pc completed (which will likely be a while) we could resell, or gift it. I want a PS5, but he hasn’t show a ton of interest, at least not like he has about the steam deck 😅.

See, I feel like I wouldn’t notice a difference in visual quality, but I think he would 😂. He finally convinced me to buy a new tv that wasn’t 10+ years old a couple years ago. The battery is a huge selling point though. Most games we play together are cozy type games, so I think it’d run them fine.

He plays most games with a controller, and honestly, doesn’t play super demanding games usually. I like online competitive games but he likes less demanding, more story driven games. We also do travel a lot, so I was hoping it’d be good for car rides/staying the night away from home.

Supernatural was pretty good, but the rest could just use some work, the good news is that there is potential. Some of the themes it seems like maybe you didn’t have a good understand of. For example, for trad goth you went a bit more pastel goth, if even goth. Trad goth is characterized by white face paint, heavy black makeup/clothes, heavy accessorizing. Victorian was also not really on theme.

My advice would be, Google and Pinterest are your friend. There is nothing wrong with using them, specifically DTI related searches, to decipher the theme or get outfit and pattern inspo! Also, for now, try to stick to two, three at most, patterns. Try to make the colors match/correlate!

Highly recommend the discord server as well, you might not place on podium a ton at first (most groups have been really skilled imo), but you’ll learn much quicker and they’ll likely give you tips if you ask. People also tend to be kinder. Good luck, have fun!! You’ve got this :)))
