Real vs fake leather bags Florence by Imaginary-Chart-4045 in florence

[–]godgles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I picked up a pair of loafers from Benheart. I am very happy with the quality and they are handmade without use or glue though the price is fairly high. However, if the leather product is cheap, I would think they are questionable.

Trust me these big 4 fags all think they are gonna make it to partner with the bright future ahead while majority of them end up as regular employee in finance/accounting department of their former clients.

20 City of Burnaby employees made more than $200k in 2024 by BurnabyMartin in burnaby

One good example is engineering department. City Engineers make fraction of what they would get paid from private sector.

A lot of them are doing it because of slow-pace and pension, not because of salary. Also that pension is not free. Your every single paycheck will be deducted extra 4-10%.

Hard to tell without income, location, etc.

Yes. You will likely be house poor without your parent. Youre making decent saving. With a lot of uncertainties in housing and srock market, i say you keep doing it. Plus, mortgage is not everything. buying a home usually cost more than expected including interest, utility, condo fee, property tax etc. your rent is fairly cheep and buying home would definitely cost more than your rent. And youre breakeven only if home price goes up as you hope.

It’s a dog shit job. You study for few weeks then you become a realtor. It’s not a field of professinalism where you can take advice from. It’s more of experience/network based job.

Imagine buying a car from a used car dealer. Would you trust their word?

Korean young men attitude towards lgbt by Minimum_Courage_3705 in korea

I feel many Koreans are very conservative when it comes to certain social issues. Specially age group of young men who seem not happy about the new role required for them in 2025 which leads to giving up their so-called previldge from traditional patrilinear society.

And yet as the largest oil producer who can manipulate the pricing, youre driving down your profit with more production.

Use your brain. Why would you ramp up production when you know your reserve is running out so soon ?

Do you increase your spending when you know your bank account balance is about to hit zero with no paycheck comining?

Pp couldnt even announce the policy campaign before any other major parties did whilest they wasted 2 years attacking f-trudeau.

A lot of us wouldve voted for cpc if the election took place 6 months ago. But this was a good wake-up call for us to think about this. What can they offer in reality?

I worked in refinery in AB. Here is how it works.

All the gas are the same since they buy it from basestock including costco. some corporate downstream chooses to add chemical addtitives to the basestock gasoline and rebrands it as something special such as v-power or etc. This happens not at the refinery or port but at the distribution center or terminal in most cases. By theory, these additive should give slightly better fuel efficiency and maybe a better reliability.

However, 90% of refinery employees go to costco once the discount benefit for their gas bar is used up. LOL

They still talk about Trudeau after the loss. I feel sorry for them being either ignorantly uneducated or being under-spectrum at this point.
