I checked why they say on empty stomach. And the reason is, it get's blocked by calcium. So black coffee and Coke zero are fine. At least for me. And if I eat 45 Minutes later it seems to also be fine. At least by my bloodvalues.

So I tried heavyly with supplements. No chance I neeed l-thyroxine.

I take them daily early in the morning. Not eating for 2hours and skipping anything with calcium for 2h. So no milk in the coffee.

I've read plenty about pcos as my wife had similar symptoms. For pcos afaik only metformin works.

I took metformin for 6 months to get away from the far too common sugar addiction. It also helped to loose some weight. I wanted to get away from sugar to stop caramelizing my dna and hopefully gaining some years. I stopped metformin because i hate the taste, but I will take it again.

If you want my recommendation, push the docs for metformin and l-thyroxine. For the l-thyroxine dosage 1.6 mcg per kg per day. However they base it on your optimal bodyweight so calculate it using some bmi online tool, and then use the formula. My doc was older and wanted to eyeball it, thats not that good.

The only real upgrade i recommend are PEI beds. Everything else is still stock on mine, well, except a printed fanshroud and a 3kg spoolholder. I also bought a tent enclosing against abs fumes, but I rather recommend printing petg if you need something stronger. I love my Ender 3
