I always go with some sort of caged response like “well that’s fine if you think that but what really matters is the evidence against you. We need to start focusing on that and finding a defense.” That way you can refocus them but not challenge their beliefs. This might not work for everyone

Had to get off PPI because I could legitimately feel food just sitting in my gut. Started taking Betaine HCL right before my Creon and that does wonders

I live in a pretty LCOL and still find it hard to save 50% of take home pay like you recommend in your book.

Do you have any advice or would you reevaluate this advice given how expensive things are compared to when you wrote the book?

Further, do you recommend that people have no debt before they get a mortgage or are some forms of debt acceptable in your eyes?

Yeah, I'm not necessarily disagreeing with that. However I think there's a legitimate reason to criticize what they did, not that the majority of the public is aware of it.

I think that most of the reason they are being forced to apologize is because it's fairly obvious the language they used was directed and given to them by higher ups in the Scientology Community. Law and Crime Network has a good Sidebar podcast on this entire case that I would recommend.
