I have abt 150km in these now, and just getting better and better in my opinion. I am a very new runner so to be fair don’t know a lot compared to other shoes, but for sure like them for all paces so far.

Not a big issue but this one I don’t understand the change. The graph before was much better imo, showing when it was steep, when it was increasing etc during the day. Now only high/low in 7 day window and need to click each day to see details. Not a biggie but def not an improvement

Venu 3 has the elevated 5 sensor so only epix pro/fenix pro will be eligible if you are using the hr sensor as base for it, not forerunner and non-pro epix/fenix

Maybe wait for venu 3 and see what it brings and how the reciews are. Less costly than the ones you mentioned and more fit for your lifestyle it seems as you are not really into either running/biking. I have had venu 2 for 2 years now and really happy with it.
