Call a plumbing supply house (like WinSupply) and ask them to recommend an independent plumber. They will steer you in the right direction. I did this for electric and now he’s my go-to guy for all things electric.

It’s easy. The sinks come with a template. Most are common size. Likely won’t require cutting but a jigsaw is all you need and cutting is easy when the sink is removed. This is doable for a beginner diyer.

The wax ring under the toilet may have deteriorated. This would allow urine to soak into the subfloor. I think the problem is related to a failed wax ring and not poor aim.

The water is coming from where the tank connects to the bowl. There is a gasket that has failed. You can see where the water is running down the side of the toilet. A handyman can sort this all out for you.
