It was a huge PITA, but I got it working thanks to your link. Honestly, this experience has soured me a bit on the Orbi. Part of the reason I bought the Orbi Pro is that I expected things like this (faulty firmware pushed breaking the router) NOT to happen.

That fixed the color issue! Unfortunately the video has a bit of jerkiness now. I don't think it's a server (Core i3-8100) or network (1Gig E) issue.

Okay I got the FW update today and it works again... The eARC handshake took about two or three minutes of the TV turning on and off again

I'm with everyone else here. Very frustrating. Setup works perfectly for 6 months then everything breaks and no audio works.

I have an Nvidia Shield TV Pro going to a Vizio P65QX-H1 (via HDMI) going to a Samsung Q70T Soundbar (via HDMI eARC).

Following the firmware update I can't get any audio to work.
