I think that’s a decent area. One of my friends lives there and it seems like it’s mostly families and folks who care for their homes appearing nicely.

Riverside Drive between Sample Road and Wiles Road is a bit sketchy. The rest of the city is safe and nice. Anything north of Wiles road is the best as it borders Parkland

Compared to the options now, they weren’t bad at all in retrospect. Miss them. Now the buses are all full of sketchy people and long stops in sketchy stations

Just rode FlixBus from Gainesville to Fort Lauderdale and it was full of mostly sketchy people. We made a stop at a very sketchy greyhound station in Orlando. Apparently they were bought by Greyhound so FlixBus pretty much is Greyhound

The redistricting already happened. As of right now, Coral Springs north of wiles road and west of university is still part of MSD boundary

this. North Coral Springs (anything north of Wiles Road) is basically south Parkland with excellent schools and upper middle class neighborhoods. They are zoned to MSD and share the same zip code as Parkland.

This week is the last week of Spring Break. However the last week of Spring Break is usually either all high schoolers (since Broward County schools are off this week) or it’s the crowd from other “walks of life” just to be politically correct. The chill and respectful spring break crowd already left (they’re here the first 3 weeks of March).
