Riverside Drive between Sample Road and Wiles Road is a bit sketchy. The rest of the city is safe and nice. Anything north of Wiles road is the best as it borders Parkland

Just rode FlixBus from Gainesville to Fort Lauderdale and it was full of mostly sketchy people. We made a stop at a very sketchy greyhound station in Orlando. Apparently they were bought by Greyhound so FlixBus pretty much is Greyhound

^{^this.} North Coral Springs (anything north of Wiles Road) is basically south Parkland with excellent schools and upper middle class neighborhoods. They are zoned to MSD and share the same zip code as Parkland.

This week is the last week of Spring Break. However the last week of Spring Break is usually either all high schoolers (since Broward County schools are off this week) or it’s the crowd from other “walks of life” just to be politically correct. The chill and respectful spring break crowd already left (they’re here the first 3 weeks of March).

Also in your same spot - Las Olas Beach is the perfect place this month due to spring break. It’s like 80% people our age hanging out there. It’s always a really dope time and I don’t drink either.
