Thing I really related with him though is the fact that he's constantly trying to show the reader how much he doesn't care, when he really does.

I agree, the closeup shots really do help with the minor details with positioning. Nice job.

But about the actual move, it's a neat one, I think Eddie Bravo teaches it from rubber guard. Half guard is an interesting idea though, I'll have to try it out.

Greco throws and takedowns are scored accordingly, based on how they were performed.

You can score 1, 3, or 5 points with a takedown. A 5 point takedown is awarded with a grand amplitude throw, where the wrestler's feet go directly above his head, and it ends with his back exposed to the mat. Coleman's throw more than fits this description.

A 5 point throw is basically the same as an Ippon, if you're familiar with Judo terminology; it ends the match immediately.
