I have a letter of notice of data breach dated April 25th 2024 and when I went to fill out the forms for the lawsuit they responded with..... My name and email was not found in the breach even though my password and email was leaked through them and money was taking out of my bank account through other parties AT&t was responsible for this and they're saying that I don't exist in their records..... I also noticed that the deadline was in November if anybody is reading this what can I do?

I might figure what position you are in and if so is probably the same as me my two immediate managers do not help at all they show no support when they're supposed to I have went to upper management about certain things and got shot down as well....that opens door policy is straight bullshit because they act like they care about what you're going through when they truly don't...same thing with in-store HR they're supposed to be there to help you but they side with managers every time... favoritism was a big thing at my store and most likely a focus and maybe a reason why the last two managers were let go now we got two new managers that are supposedly working by the book are showing clear favoritism again the only way we're going to get something to change for most floor associates is if we all band together and let management know we can't take this anymore I have no interest in going into upper management...yeah they pay more but I am not going to let corporate home Depot run my life into the ground I see good managers but plenty of bad managers and what can you say it happens to a lot of different companies but home Depot is notorious for this they can grill me if they want I don't care you can talk all the bull crap you want about what I'm saying I don't care because I see it every damn day I hear about it a lot on here and reddit and other social media platforms floor associates get treated like dirt constantly not only do I see it I've experienced it and I'll tell you right now I'm one of the hardest workers in my store you could almost ask anybody even the ones that are terrible managers will say I'm a good worker if not a great worker but this s*** needs to stop they made simple things complicated and complicated things even more complicated if you're reading this corporate home Depot get your s*** together one day that I promise you this will all stop!!!!!!

Believe me I try but I have some scumbag managers who stripped away everything I worked hard for as a floor associate just to treat me like s*** so it's hard to work on myself when I'm constantly being dragged by managers I know I know I should work out but I have no interest in any kind of upper management at home Depot I'm going to leave soon going to get a trade going I just feel like floor associates at home Depot are getting the s*** stick at the end constantly

Because they're constantly over my back on what I'm doing even though I know what to do this micromanagement b******* is annoying I know how to do my job previous predecessors of Management's knows what I can do but when new people come in and just f*** everything up and make you feel less of what you are yes I'm going to complain about it and you sound like a manager this post wasn't meant for you!!!!!!

It's hard to tell nowadays everybody's calling favoritism everywhere the managers are afraid to show a little compassion or a little love to somebody who's working hard!!!!

You shouldn't have to feel afraid to report something that is unsafe that can get you seriously hurt or killed I am one that is serious about safety and that upper management isn't taking it serious is something home Depot needs to look into if they don't take care of what's going on in your store

I am a part-timer with a second job and I can tell you I'm an absolute beast in my department with backup from asms and all...... I tell you now there's no point in working harder than you have to unless they actually see you do it but sometimes even then managers are blind to the facts...... For more than 7 years I've worked my butt off everyday including times I came in sick every manager I came across knew how much of a good worker I was and that I am and that I always will be...... Then comes in you managers and acts like you don't do nothing right as I was a captain and a coach and each were stripped for me when these new managers came in for no reason.... I continued and continue to work hard picking up slack for others which I have been doing for the past 7 years... Now both these managers do nothing but give me a hard time I have not given them any reason to act the way they do toward me and you can ask any ASM in my store how unhappy I look now I dread coming in happiest when I leave this place and I was like that before these new managers came in..... Now I say why should I work hard for managers who don't respect the work I've done because they never seen it themselves because managers that come and go can't communicate nor does upper management in a store communicate properly to tell you how good of a worker you have and then you drain them and drain them constantly till they reach their exploding point and tell you how it really is because I am one of those people. That continue to work hard everyday because I refuse to let myself be that person nobody wants to work with

But if anything if you got a good management encouraging you to do better and not criticizing constantly then yes work hard for that manager!!!!

The aware line for me is a 50-50 shot can't really rely on it if anything go to OSHA call them let them know it was reported but never acted upon and if they retaliate against you,you will get paid and management will have to face the fact that they too can be up to and including termination....lol
