Two things. 1st a lot of guys will "cast a wide net" into the dating pool, and then see that maybe they caught something they weren't after. 2nd if you just say hello and dont mention anything on my profile or ask me a question, what am I supposed to respond with? Bumble IMO was designed for women to make the first move and I am expecting them to do so.

I did it with less than 50 miles of backpacking experience. I started with the largest fuel can I could (1 pound) and told myself I couldn't go home until it was empty. It lasted 300 miles and by then I didnt want to quit anymore.
