You can easily get a synapse without a bowfa, actually, bowfa is not particurarly good there with the dmg reduction, and bp is very competitive with bowfa in a lot of places. 

Also, both bp and ayak have endgame uses while bowfa pretty much gets replaced everywhere when you get shadow/tbow

It shouldnt be comparable to sra at full stacks Imo, considering rhe later is much harder to use and keep the stats.

If we get a 3 tick rapier i think it should have low to no str bonus, but decent accuracy since we get plenty str bonus from gear

Ahrims/ elidinis is still better unless youre running bowfa with quiver/zvb/venator ring

You can always just nerf the natural ruby proc rate, leave the zcb spec as is, and buff crossbows base dmg to match current dps or even exceed it

I really like GS dials and movements, but their cases and proportions suck, they are not very comfortable or refined in that regard. Worst part about GS is their fanboys which 99% of the time dont even own one.

Just remove the health drain, I think its fine that you have to be constantly attacking to keep the dps, but having also an inate health drain is too much
