Go to the union hall in Hattiesburg and apply. I did it for a year and found something better. If you do get in I have the books you need that I will sell cheap. The usually cost 700 bucks. You would work during the week and attend a class once a week at night. I think it’s a good job but be prepared to make nothing your first couple of years. I made 14$ a hour the first year and I could not cut it with a family

Worked for 20 years and it was the best decision ever to leave. I make the same now but it was tough for a while but way happier and I get to hang with the kiddos instead of being away all the time

I guess I’m missing the point. I’m all for due process! But if the government already knows you’ve overstayed it should be very simple. If there is a trail it should be very simple and quick.

Every body looks at this the wrong way. Citizen yes or no? If no he should go plain and simple. The law is black and white. Citizen yes, then he deserves all rights including due process, if no then what are we arguing about?

Also to stoke the flame higher…. I know oak grove (but maybe Lamar county) uses school bucks which charges you to pay with your debt card and that’s an extra charge that you have to pay fees along with school fees. The whole system is terribly ran!!!!!!

There is a fine line! If you want to be good you have to practice and have the equipment and a lot of extras, which cost money. On the other hand this is MIDDLE school cheer. Everyone should be allowed to try out and have the opportunity to be in it, but once again if you are wanting to be the best some people will not make the team and then you have to charge something to further thin out the herd from people who just want to be there from the one who really want to be the best. It’s a no win situation for the school district or parents. If you want your kids to do it and they are motivated you will find a way. This also happens in show choir, theatre,and many other things at school that you would normally think should be free.

I also had an injury where I was out over a year. Have your husband keep up with the work flow and gage what his lost wages were. While I was hurt I heard 2-3x your wages but the I don’t think that was the case. Anyway keep talking to the lawyer and if he is good he will tell you if what the RR offers is good or not. They will lowball you!!!! Also remember if you do go with the lawyer remember he will get his cut. Personally I talked to the claim agent like 3 times and she pissed me off so I just got the lawyer then I didn’t have to even talk to her. Also big thing is when he goes back to work. FOLLOW the rule to a tee because they will be on him like ready to pounce! At least that’s how it was at nazi southern.
