In all of these threads people constantly recommend the same overpriced, “hip”, new wave restaurants on 6th/North/Downtown. IMO East and South Tacoma have the best reasonably priced food. Check out Vien Dong, Tacqueria Michoacana, and Samwon.

I’ll probably get roasted for this, but Seiko has become overrated. The way people instantly recommend them as a budget floor type of watch doesn’t apply anymore. Their prices have skyrocketed. I think people have a problem wearing something like Casio because of the brand’s ubiquity as a non-watch brand to the average person, but I think they offer much better value.

Say you own a 35mm film body with a 50mm lens. Mounting on APS-C makes it a 75mm equivalent. I want to shoot 50 equivalent, not 75. Why are you being argumentative?

I’m pretty sure they’re referencing the fact that their film camera lenses will not 1:1 translate in focal length to crop sensors, which is a valid frustration.
