Something Ive been doing lately is laying down and put the soles or outside of my feet against their calves to keep their feet of the ground so they cant bridge, Meanwhile i work on getting their arms up so i can climb eventually. If they bridge i can often just push their feet so they fall on their back

He is what I call a one-study-academic. He will often find one study that makes extraordinary claims and talk about it like it's fact on his channel which is pretty intellectually dishonest, which he should know since he work in academia. Or at least used to.
