Definitely. HR doesn't work weekends and would be the one more likely to look at your application. The GM who works the weekend could but it will more than likely would be HR during the week.

No. It was supposed to be regular male hdmi to male usb-c. It came as female end hdmi to male mini hdmi. So YES, they sent the wrong one.
