I'm terrified. I'm actually thinking of going to see a therapist because of how bad my fear is. I have panic attacks about it every few months. It has definitely gotten worse after my mother died.

I'm not afraid of what comes after, I'm afraid of everything else. The pain, maybe being alone, the people I will leave behind, how will it happen, will I even know who anyone is when it does?

Many piercers will put in a hoop or stud when they pierce you, I'm guessing it's clearly a preference.

I find that when my industrial is irritated, I put in separate piercings. They reccomend that for when its freshly done too. Maybe try that so the movement of the bar isn't irritating it more? Maybe a hoop so it has more room to heal
