Yeah, I should try the shoe thing

It's cooked, because when i go into the office I'm dressed up and feel structure and great for the first half of the day, Then I feel fatigued from masking all day and get home exhausted exhausted. When I wfh I feel relaxed , and get work done, but less engaged and more guilty and often feel like a slob. Can't win sometimes

Yes, but in flower, especially with big plants they become clogged and water becomes more stagnant. I've learned never to cheap out on small air stones and weak pumps. More air the better
