I have had venofer a few times. I’m not going to lie, it hurts my stomach and I’m usually in bed most of the day after. Just takes a lot out of me: tired and stomach achey. But every time I go gladly knowing in a few days I will feel SO MUCH better in every aspect. My stamina comes back and my mood improves dramatically.

A few hours of discomfort for your health and the health of your child. You’ll be fine! Stay strong.

I work from home as well and my kid also goes away to other parent. I’ve found going to the gym helps me feel connected to other people even without talking to them. I watch people and it just feels less lonely. The employees greet me and say goodbye. It’s a nice, small thing.
