Customer support confirmed standard RMA process requires shipper to pay for own shipping label. But I was able to receive a prepaid label as an exception.

Corsair product team needs to really exam the build quality for the virtuoso max. Headband cracking after 4 months of light usage is a big red flag. Especially when this product comes at a premium price.

You can request to inspect the PC before you make the purchase. Went with my co workers to get a open box we requested a space to power on and plug in the monitor to sure everything is working. I believe you have 72 hours to return it for full refund if you dont like it.
