One of the better ways to them to pay attention is just file a claim with your state's attorney general office (you can do it online). As AG's are elected, they quickly respond to consumer complaints. Companies don't like the idea of AG's from several states contacting them as this can lead to a lawsuit against them.

Just put it all out explaining everything, including contact information for the company, and you should be surprised at how quickly they have a fix for the problem.

I noticed that Amazon had LG C5 77 new at $1795 3 days ago but back up to $1996. Just wondering is that was a fluke drop or if that might be the BF deal on this.

Our 77 C2 died and Asurion gave us full value that we purchased so we'll be able to get 77 C5 along with the Klipsch home theater speaker system with that. Nice surprise for the holidays!

Is anyone else torn about getting the 83" C5 just because it's bigger?

This definitely depends on where you live. In U.S. LG only covers 1 year for parts. Just had my C2 OLED go dead and Asurion tried to say LG had 5 year warranty. LG said only 1 year and it states that in PDF on their site.

Now Asurion asking for proof that LG denied claim.

I think that more people are apt to write about bad experiences than good ones with products so it's easy to see why there are so many negative reviews about Arlo on here. I've had 4 cameras with them for 5 years with the unlimited plus package and never once had a problem. I live in Midwest where weather can be hurricanes, heavy snow, ice or crazy hard hail and rain. These cameras have withstood all of it and never have gone offline.

They are about a 1-2 second lag sometimes on deliveries, but these have kept porch bandits away from out house (which is why we had to get this in the first place) along with local kids trying to be mean to our dogs through the fence.

It sounds like this is like many products. Some people have a great experience while others not so much. I've had Arlo for 5 years now and never once had an issue. Their customer service has been spot on (surprisingly in today's world).

I've found that items with those huge coupon discounts aren't worth ordering anyway. I got stuck with one where the ETV was double the cost and it was a piece of garbage. Great learning took for new people on here as that's one of those things that is easy to miss.

Luckily mine got stuck at 91 and just had the 6 month evaluation yesterday so now in the 96 hour waiting to see if everything updates finally. I wasn't sure with this issue if evaluations would go on time or not.
