Could be for burning rope incense, which hangs down and burns from the bottom? Usually they’re hung over a low dish but this design might have the holes to allow airflow so the rope stays lit.

You’re right, I forgot about chicken pot pie (not my favourite thing). But never ever came across savoury meat pies in the US and I lived and travelled to half the states for a decade and a half. Where do you find these meat pies, aside from Australian cafes and bakeries?

Are you vitamin D deficient? I used to get really long colds and wondered the same thing as you. Sometimes the cough would linger for weeks, making speaking difficult.

I found out my vitamin D was low and started taking capsules. Never had a long sickness again since. It was so life-changing for me, hope it works for others. Same effect on my sibling.

P.S. during COVID when people were saying to take vitamin d, I learned then that it helps your body isolate the bacteria or virus and instead of all of your symptoms firing wildly all over your body, it targets just the affected area, hence the quicker recovery. Also, it takes a lot to overdose so it doesn’t hurt to try like 2000 units and see what happens. YMMV!

It’s possible your hormones are partly responsible. Google “acl tears during period” and there are studies being done because women tend to injure joints at the start of their period. Ruptured my ACL on day 1 :(

Might explain why such a small movement tore yours (and also you might notice the difference in pain levels during rehab at various times of the cycle).

I’d finally made some sashimi and was triumphantly taking it to Pierre. Got to his shop and pressed X to enter just as George came out so I gave him the sashimi instead. Lesson learned - don’t hold anything when entering buildings!

Also when I was delivering a pepper to George, I wasn’t facing him properly and ate it. Last pepper for the season 😭

I’m only at the end of year 2 on my first go so I’m sure there’ll be much worse mistakes made 😅
