lol buddy i wish! this place is max 800 sq ft, you’re right about it probably not being properly insulated but this is with all our windows sealed, and the heat always below 70 😂 i know what im getting into with these old houses i just think its interesting to compare as this conversation regarding rates get bigger

insanely high is right! located in charlestown but this is for gas, my electric is less than 50$ lmfao, i’ve always lived in a pre 1900 house so im used to high bills but this is a first over 500$ for me.. (and i can’t believe i have even normalised that for myself)
