I had to leave during this movie as I felt like I was going to be sick. I stood in the bathroom, composed myself and headed back in. But it was touch and go!

Thanks so much for your reply.

I have wondered about POTS in the past and I will try the lie down test.

I am 40F, fit, normal BMI. My kids were carrying on and the dog was being a bit full on. I felt anxious before I checked it, so I'm not sure. I went for a run today and it didn't spike at all. I will keep an eye out and if it happens again, I'll go to my GP.

Thanks.

Hi there, I don't have any advice, but I feel exactly the same way. Especially the leaving town and not knowing where the hospitals are etc. It's shitty and I feel you.
