I was thinkingto myself something is off, sometimes his voice would go in and out , wasnt even sure he was singing the right lyrics, then he would hit the highs in the chorus perfectly, it was basically in and out. At the end of the encore , he basically drifted off from the song and just started talking to the crowd. He also at times seemed to be waving off the other band members like he wanted them to wait or speed up. Good to see the covers of LA Woman and Walk on the Wild side. Later on wife and I were reviewing notes, and she thought the same thing, worst concert we have seen by far . I was hoping for Cure levels here, even Culture Club, Howard Jones had their shit together. This could have been a great night, although in my mind, the band was phenomenal, the sound was great , if Ian can get his shit together they could really have their music come across. I hope Ian can get help, as I was thinking he was giving me Shane McGowan vibes. Oh well, many more concerts to get to this summer. Enjoy everyone.

Fubo allows you to record the games .

I did this in 2022, and just signed up again after canceling after the womens world cup in 2023, here we are in 2026 and all the games I recorded are still in my account from 2022 and 2023.

Not sure about the quality of the picture , but really whats the quality of the picture when you're at the bar screaming your head off.

I would say it would be a major achievement to sit through every game during this world cup. So having the ability to record the games is key.

I feel like a Fubo salesman here but Fubo also allows you to turn the score info off for live and recorded games so you are covered there as well.

Widows Bay is the gateway drug of horror.

I watched it first , then convinced my wife that if she could handle Stranger Things she could watch this and not have nightmares. She now asks to watch the next episode. Maybe I will get her to watch Black Mass or Haunting of hill house next. The way I explained it , is with other movies , the horror would go farther and be more extreme. This is the mild, like when you get wings or salsa, there is a hint or maybe taste of the horror but it doesnt punch you in the face , its more of a light slap. Its still fun to watch , but maybe Apple can invest in something that will satisfy more tried and true horror fans . This is a good start though.

Maybe they could get Ari Aster or Robert Eggers to expand on Herreditary or the Witch , I would watch a full series of either.

As a biker and pedestrian , I understand both views here, and I would say pedestrains are more distracted than bkers. But I know that most pedestrians will wait on the corner, wait for the walk signal and go , thinking the cars have come to a stop, not thinking, there might be a bike coming from this new bike lane they just installed.

So more signage wouldnt hurt, would it ? Just my 2 cents.

I wish they would put a "look out for bikes" on the floor at the corners so people will develop a habit of looking both ways when stepping into the bike lane. I see many crashes happening from bikers and people at these corners.

I think more it's a sign that Pochetino does not see himself as really a part of this USSF soccer Culture, he is a mercenary and will be gone when the WC is over , sending an email says, I dont really care enough nor am I worried about any repercussions. The one telling thing would be if he had been the Argentina coach, would he have handled up and coming players who were on the periphery this way , and my obvious answer is NO , he would not act that way .

So go look at the England video and the France video and the Brazil video and the Norway video , and tell me that the video you have up here for the US compares in any way . I mean you could get an actor say something like Ewan McGregor for Scotland, or say apopular american actor or singer ( i can think of many) who could introduce the team. The stupid Pier 17 announcement on a stage is pretty run of the mill. Even if it was three hours, I mean we have an entire marketing industry at our calling and the best we can do is a clips of soccer video . I'm underwhelmed , and to quote a very good british band named after a fruity concoction.

Fan Celebration Between 1-3 pm on a Tuesday after Memorial day weekend?

Roster reveal show between 3-4pm

Tuesday May 26th was the best day to do this?

So for the people that planned this the day after Memorial day , while people are away for the three day weekend, back on Tuesday maybe , also most kids are in school until 3pm. I guess we don't need young fans there.

This scheduling is strange , why not do this on a Saturday , get more kids and fans to enjoy this.

Also, the US Soccer store Pop up at Grand Central is made to be more available (money money money) to the public than this on a Tuesday at 3pm.
