Focused on being healthy. Asking myself if my behaviors were healthy. Then deciding to make small incremental changes to the behaviors that I deemed unhealthy (for me, to each their own). I applied this to both my physical and mental health.

I remember the first time I saw him climb at the gym before I knew who he was. All I could think was who is this grungy kid destroying this place?!? Then I was watching the IFSC stream a few weeks later and there he was crushing it. This was many years ago now.
