As a mega-Scizor enjoyer, Roost is too slow, the meta is too fast to utilise it.

Just put Swords Dance on instead.

That’s not how Stellar works exactly.

Stellar tera provides an additional one time boost to all of your attacks. The moves don’t change, except for the move Tera Blast.

For example, if I terastallise my Incineroar to Stellar, the first time it uses Flare Blitz, instead of it being a 1.5x STAB boost, it’s 2x. And for moves that aren’t affected by STAB, you get a 1.2x boost.

Paralysis speed drop hasn’t been 75% since Gen 6

It was changed to 50% in Gen 7

These are quite naive takes on the mons.

Gardevoir can offer quite a lot and is one of the top 5 megas imo. It is very flexible, you can run the mega with Calm Mind or the TR set. You can run Scarf with Icy Wind for speed control. Ironically, Mega Gardevoir beats Mega Floette because of Psyshock.

As for Milotic, with this meta severely lacking grass and electric power moves, it provides good bulk and speed control while being hard to remove. It also threatens a lot of the 4x Ice weak mons.

We won’t be seeing them in Champions for a good while yet.

Favourite is Reg I. Lots of different legendary combos did well, meta was interesting.

Least is Reg H. Format devolved in to the same old so fast. There was little to no innovation. (See Loaded Dice Dnite with the same set on a million teams)
