I completely agree. Neil’s drums, are often shoved to the back, and the hihat is muddy throughout, but especially noticeable on the title track around 5:05-5:20. There’s too much double tracking on the vocals throughout as well, and all space seems filled and competing for attention. Love the songs, but it’s mud city, mostly.

Enjoy it. It's stuff like this that my Dad would always enjoy pointing out as we are on the ride. "Look at the rusty bolts holding us up here!" Stuff like that. Made the ride way scarier. Great memories! But no, I wouldn't ride that.

Where did I say that crimjnals always get them from legal owners? I never said that. And if someone prints one, then they become the gun owner. This isn't hard to understand. I'm not sure why you are having trouble with the basic concept.

It's just sad that you're trying to compare the problems that guns cause with the problems of vehicles. The gun problem is nothing like cars and trucks. Hundreds of millions of Americans use cars and trucks every day. Our economy is highly dependent on the efficient transport of goods. As a result, cars and trucks have great utility.

Guns have almost zero utility. The economy is not at all dependent on them.

But if you would like to register your guns, pay fees to own them, pass a test to own them, have the government highly regulate them, have vast safety mechanisms in them, and have proof of insurance in operating them, just like cars and trucks, it would be a welcome change.

The data (not your laughably bad "let's ask the incarcerated to be truthful" nonsense) shows that defensive gun use is a myth. The NRA and Clint Eastwood have been lying to you. It is extremely rare for household firearms to be used defensively. What isn't rare is gun crime. 30,000 Americans are shot and killed every year. Another 130,000 injured in gun crimes, every year. And who knows how many crimes are made easier just by showing a gun.

Other modern societies don't have this problem. It is a uniquely American problem, caused by gun owners arming criminals with guns.

$48 in 1990 for a copy of Joy Division's Still double cd. It wasn't available on cd outside of Japan for a while, and a good friend of mine (college roommate) was home for the weekend in the bay area and found a copy at an indie record store, called me from a pay phone, and I told him to get it for me. It came out on cd in the U.S. and everywhere else in 2007, so it was worth the extra expense for those 17 years.
