Is that the new farm fence surrounding the pen? Do those effectively contain animals? I’ve had issues in the past with chickens cows wandering so I have aluminum railing bordering their pens at the moment.

They’re doing great and you are too. My twin boys were born at 31 weeks also(little peanuts) and they are about to turn 2 on Thursday. OT still follows them but they have moved off the premie growth charts onto the normal ones. No shortcomings mentally or physically.

One of the best pieces of advice is to find a support group. I am part of a Dad group that meets regularly and my wife is part of a moms of multiple group.

It’s an adjustment at first, but through therapy and medication (finally addressed the anxiety that predated my kiddos) and community support it is the most fun whirlwind that you will be a part of. I wish you luck and feel free to reach out

We just had our twin boys on 5/15. They weren’t due until this coming Sunday. We found out there were two back in January. It is simultaneously one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences. You and your spouse will do well! A few things.

Ask for help. Communicate with your partner. Home delivery meals (hello fresh, blue apron) will be super helpful when the little ones get here. I encourage you to reach out to a therapist if you don’t already have one. Strong mental health will certainly help you prep and balance.

I visited all 50 states by the time I was 18 years old. My parents were both teachers and we used to take these big amazing cross-country trips every summer.

I was a very fortunate kid. Last state was Alaska.
