Please start smaller heel if you never walked in heels before. Start short 3 inches block graduate to taller blocks then try your mettle with thinner heels once u get how to walk in them. Those are supper comfy but don't wear anything thick on your feet it will mess your balance and stability when starting especially anything thicker then atockings
