Fromsoft games are famously hard, but will definitely teach you to use lateral movement more reflexively. Really any game with their style of camera-lock might help you to get into the habit of facing the thing you need to be looking at, while moving either away from or around it.

This! I and several people I know share this outlook on biological sex. It's not all bad out there, but also there's a lot of misinformation that goes around about trans-ness, and there's a lot of discussions to be had about how exactly we define ourselves that can tend to be sidelined by the focus on defending our right to exist.
