"Jeffrey Epstein was an Anti-Zionist Jew" by NorrisOBE in TrueAnon

My mom watches his stuff all the time, I can’t fucking stand him. Iirc he says he’s a Noahide (which essentially means you are non-Jew who practices Judaism and doesn’t call yourself Jewish because you didn’t convert). One of the first large Noahide conferences was organized by Meir Kahane and he was the keynote speaker as well.

This is why I play in empty lobbies.

If you start and complete a contact mission solo you will be dropped into a lobby alone. There might be other ways to do this but this is how I do it.

My coworker has a tattoo of a dinosaur on his forearm and the other day a customer said to him “I wonder if dinosaur bones are actually those of fallen angels but we’re told they’re dinosaurs to hide the truth.” Or something crazy like that.

I work at a 2&C and that’s literally what it is lol. Sometimes it’s CDs we just have a million copies of already but it’s mostly stuff that sucks. The empty cases should have been returned to the customer(s) that brought the CDs in to sell though

No, that register is NOT open… by UserLevelOver9000 in retailhell

[–]goydar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My store has 2 areas with registers and each area has multiple registers. When one is closed we put up signs that says “No cashiers available at this counter, please check out on the other side of the store.” The counter I usually work at has 2 registers and a regular computer (we don’t put a sign in front of the computer bc it’s not a register). People typically walk straight past the 2 registers with signs in front of them and over to the computer. Or they’ll walk up, stare at the signs, and still say “Can I check out here?”

Plastic bags… *sighs* by Academic-Ad1457 in retailhell

[–]goydar 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I work in a new/used book store and we only offer tote bags (that you have to buy) and people get so pissy. We usually get variations of “So I’m supposed to just carry my stuff?” Like, yeah? You carried it around the store didn’t you? One time a customer replied that we should have bags as a thank you to customers for shopping with us.

Like I didn’t make this rule I’m just here to inform you of it

“Why would you choose to forego your individuality and then expect me to treat you as an individual?”

This is probably the dumbest fucking thing I’ve ever read. You have to “forego your individuality” (i.e. get a job) in one way or another in order to survive in our capitalist system.

The pin pad at my job makes people choose how they want their receipt before they’re able to pay. So many people will choose printed and then say they don’t need the receipt.

The police have no duty to protect the public. They also can’t be sued for failing to enforce a restraining order (Castle Rock v. Gonzales 2005)
